Enquiries submitted through this site are handled by Dan. You can contact the operator at contact@arccerno.com. Arccerno Capital is the brand presented on this website.
Information and purpose
The form collects your name, email, optional organisation, enquiry type, message and privacy acknowledgement. We also keep a reference, submission time and protected identifiers for duplicate and abuse prevention. These are used to receive, assess and follow up the enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing.
Services and access
Enquiries are stored with Neon Postgres in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Access is limited to the operator and authorised people handling enquiries. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request logs for delivery and security. Cloudflare forwards messages sent to our public email address to the operator’s Google Gmail inbox. The form stores enquiries; it does not automatically send an email.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry records become due for removal after 90 days; an automated daily task removes expired records. Database recovery history is retained for up to a further 6 hours. Email correspondence is handled separately by the operator and can be deleted on request. Contact contact@arccerno.com to request access, correction or deletion. Identity may need to be verified before a request can be fulfilled.
Cookies and external links
Language selection is represented by the page URL. We do not use tracking cookies or browser storage for enquiries. Linked external sources operate their own websites and privacy policies.
